  2. Replacements: We may resend part of the order or send a full replacement.
  3. Repair or Replacement: Damaged items may be repaired or exchanged depending on the situation.

Warranty Limitations

  1. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, impact, water, or overcharging.
  2. Normal wear and tear, such as battery capacity loss over time, is not considered a defect.
  3. Modifying or disassembling the product will void the warranty.
  4. Photo or video proof may be required to assess the issue before processing warranty claims.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. We offer a 60-day return window starting from the date you receive your item.
  2. To begin a return or exchange, contact us first. We typically respond within 48 hours.Do not send items back without prior confirmation.Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a return label if eligible.
  3. For exchanges, refunds will be issued within 48 hours after we receive your return, and you can reorder the item.
  4. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately.After verification, we’ll ship a replacement.

Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  1. If the return is due to a product issue or damage in transit, we’ll cover return shipping.
  2. Refunds for shipping will be sent to your provided bank account after proof of return.

Refunds
