Return Policy:
- We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
- To start a return, please contact us. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request won't be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee:
- If the product has a quality issue or is damaged during shipping, we'll cover the return shipping fee.
- If the item is in good condition but you no longer need it or want to return it, you'll be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email. If approved, we'll process your refund, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or PayPal account.
- If you don't receive your order, we can either resend it or you can request a full refund.
- Please note that it may take 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Refunds are usually completed within 7 working days. If you don't receive your refund within this period, please contact us.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and, if it's confirmed as damaged, send you a replacement.

Return and Exchanges:
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. First, contact us to get a Return Authorization Number (RAM number) and a return address. Once we approve your request, we'll provide you with the number and the return address. Then you can return the item to us. After we receive the returned item, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you need.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before shipment. To cancel, please contact us.Once we receive your request, we’ll process it within 48 hours.
- Shipped orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
- If your cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to your PayPal or credit card within 3–5 business days.
- If you haven’t received the refund after this period, please reach out to us.
