Shipping to other countries is also available.

- Orders under €50 will incur a shipping fee €5.

All orders are shipped from China. Final delivery will be handled by your local carrier.

- Tracking activates within 24 hours and may take 24-48 hours to update.

- If tracking doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll assist you within 24 hours.
Shipping Notes
- We ship to home, business, and PO Box addresses.If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your family members, neighbors, or building security. You’re also welcome to contact us directly.
- Delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday–Friday).
- Major holidays may delay delivery.
- All orders ship from China.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incorrect address information may result in lost packages and potential loss.
- Orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered complete. If your package is missing, please contact your local post office. You may also reach out to us for further assistance.
- While we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by uncontrollable events like typhoons or fires, we’re always here to help and will do our best to assist you.

Changing the Shipping Address
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us to update the address in our system.
- If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to modify the shipping address. Any additional costs or consequences resulting from an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility. However, we will do our best to assist you in communicating with the carrier to attempt an address change.
- If a change is not processed before shipment, and the package is returned to us, we’ll re-ship to your new address at no extra cost.
