Warranty Coverage
Rhiloc stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, everyday use.

Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of product delivery.

Coverage: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Remedies: If a valid warranty claim is made, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue a refund for the defective product.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Improper Use & Electronic Damage: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or physical impact (such as dropping the helmet). This includes issues resulting from overcharging, using non-original charging cables, or excessive water exposure (the electronics are water-resistant, not waterproof/submersible).

Normal Wear & Tear: Including scratches on the helmet shell or goggle lenses, strap fraying, and the expected gradual degradation of battery capacity over the product’s lifespan.

Unauthorized Modifications: Any damage resulting from unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair of the LED modules, internal wiring, or structural components by anyone other than Rhiloc.

Cosmetic Damage: Minor scratches, color fading, or surface wear that does not affect the core safety functionality or electronic performance of the helmet.

Environmental Damage: Damage caused by improper storage, such as exposure to extreme temperatures, corrosive chemicals, or prolonged direct sunlight which may affect the EPS foam or electronics.
How to Request Warranty Service

Contact Us: Email sales@rhiloc.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Provide Evidence: Please include clear photo or video evidence showing the defect. This helps us assess the issue quickly.

Review: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and propose a solution.
Warranty Service Process
If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions based on the specific situation:

Troubleshooting: For minor issues, we may provide guidance to resolve the problem without requiring a return.

Replacement Parts: If a specific component is defective, we may send a replacement part for you to install.

Product Return: If a full product return is necessary, we will provide the return address (in China) and instructions. Return shipping costs for approved warranty claims will be reimbursed up to $20 USD upon receipt of a valid shipping receipt, as outlined in our Return Policy.
Important Notes
- Photo or video evidence is typically required before warranty service is approved. Warranty remedies are provided at our sole discretion and are your exclusive remedy for any defective product.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
